The general terms and these Coinsafe VPN Additional Terms shall apply to your use of the Coinsafe VPN service, i.e., as a VPN service and, any of its additional features. The Coinsafe VPN Additional Terms shall govern and apply in the event of a conflict or contradiction between the terms referred to in the General Rules and those set out in the Coinsafe VPN Additional Terms.

Terms in quotation marks that are not otherwise defined here have the same meaning as they do there.

1. COINSAFE VPN SERVICES

Coinsafe VPN is a transitory digital network communications solution that improves internet security and privacy (“Coinsafe VPN as VPN Service”). Any platform that Coinsafe VPN supports can download the Coinsafe VPN Software for free. Except in the case of a brief free trial or specific coupon offers, users must purchase a paid subscription from Coinsafe VPN in order to connect to the Coinsafe VPN Services.From time to time, Coinsafe VPN may, at its sole discretion, include new and/or update Additional Features to the Coinsafe VPN Services.

A maximum of simultaneous device connections are allowed per Account while using Coinsafe VPN as your VPN service. Proxy connections are included, and each one counts as a separate slot.

Please be aware that not all firmware and routers will support or offer optimal VPN service performance.

2. NO-LOGS POLICY

We recognise that maintaining one’s privacy and the confidentiality of one’s data is important for many reasons, and that the purpose of a virtual private network is to be private. The Coinsafe VPN Services are therefore delivered by an automated process, and Coinsafe VPN assures a strong no-logs policy, which means that your activities while using them are not monitored, recorded, tracked, kept, or disclosed to any third party.

Please be aware that using a dedicated IP address will encrypt your internet traffic, conceal your real IP address, and place you in a virtual location. A dedicated IP address is a singular internet protocol address that is assigned only to you. Some online activity, however, might be linked back to your account information because it is connected to your email address.

3. YOUR CONDUCT

The use of Coinsafe VPN Services is prohibited for any illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent activity, and you assume responsibility for abiding by all local, state, and federal laws. It is your obligation to be aware of and understand any applicable laws in any jurisdiction or setting that have an impact on you, your behaviour, and your use of Coinsafe VPN Services.

The General Terms, including the sections on Prohibited and Restricted Uses, also apply to your use of and access to Coinsafe VPN Services. We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate accounts and/or Coinsafe VPN services for any users who violate any applicable laws or these Terms, whether repeatedly or just once, at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without warning. It means that, among other things, in suitable situations, we may terminate the Coinsafe VPN Accounts and/or Services of users who may be repeat infringers. The aforementioned does not restrict any other rights or remedies that we have under this agreement, in law or in equity.

4. CONTACT REGARDING ALLEGATIONS OF ABUSE

While using Coinsafe VPN, we do not encourage or enable any unlawful activity. The nature of our Coinsafe VPN Services, however, may occasionally prevent us from recognising inappropriate behaviour on the part of our users. Therefore, we primarily rely on claims of misconduct from third parties and, where necessary, conduct internal investigations on that basis.
