Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms outline important details about your Subscription and are incorporated into the General Terms by reference. Terms in quotation marks that are not otherwise defined here have the same meaning as they do there.
Only the first period of your Subscription is covered by the price of our Services listed in the introductory offers that are presented to you.
Your Subscription will automatically renew after the initial month, and you will be charged the then-current fee in effect at the time of your renewal.
You have the option to revoke your Subscription for the subsequent period. We’ll let you know ahead of time if there will be an automatic renewal.
- SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AND PRICES
We offer all of our paid services on a subscription basis. When you purchase the Services, you get to pick one of the available plans. Your transaction confirmation (such as the email you receive from us after purchasing your Subscription to our Services) will include these details..
Please be aware that the provision of Services will automatically renew after your selected first Subscription period has ended (as explained below).
The renewal costs that were shown on our websites when you made your initial purchase are liable to change. You will be charged the then-current (changed) price in effect at the time of the automatic renewal of your Subscription if the renewal price has changed.
- You recognise and agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy by providing your payment information to purchase the Subscription;
- You indicate your acceptance of our offer to purchase our Services; and
- You express your approval for the Services to renew automatically..
- AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Auto-renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew when your initial term expires for a subsequent term:
1-year and longer Subscriptions – for the 1-year Subscription period annually.
Shorter than 1-year Subscriptions – for the same respective Subscription period each time.
You will be charged the then-current price of the Services valid at the time of your renewal.
Note: Except for users of monthly and shorter Subscriptions, we shall notify you thirty (30) days prior to charging you for the upcoming period, notifying you of the approaching renewal of the Subscription and the then-current renewal pricing for our Services. You have the option to end your Subscription before the day of the charge if you decide you no longer want to use our Services.
Billing.
If you don’t cancel your subscription before the day of the charge, we will charge you in advance, that is, before the start of the subsequent subscription period. You will be charged using the payment method you selected as follows:
For monthly plans: on the day of the auto-renewal (i.e., the start of the upcoming Subscription period).
For other plans: at least fourteen (14) days before the auto-renewal (i.e., the start of the upcoming Subscription period).
Receipts and Invoices.After you pay for the first Subscription month, we will email you a receipt and a confirmation of your purchase. After that, you can see your billing history and manually create receipts and invoices for our Services at any time on your Account (log in, select “Billing,” and then make the document by selecting “Get invoice” under the section “Billing history”). Please download the aforementioned papers to your device if you need to save them on your end.
- CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Subscription Cancellation. If you bought the Services directly from us, you can cancel your Subscription (i.e., switch off auto-renewals for the following Service month) at any time from your Coinsafe Account. For the unused portion of the active Service period, cancelled Subscriptions will not be repaid. Your options to cancel the Subscription, if you bought the Services from a third party, are governed by its terms.
Refund. We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. However, you have Seven (7) days from the date you paid for our Services to cancel the Subscription and ask for a refund if you are dissatisfied with them. You may only receive a refund for our Services twice, kindly take note. Refunds are subject to the conditions of the agreement you signed if you bought the Services from a third party.
